Administrator / Evaluation Assistant Needed - Apply now!

Have you ever wanted to be a part of the Aces Executive?  Have you ever wanted to volunteer to give back to our hockey zone?  Now is your time!

The Aces Executive is looking to fill the position of the Administrator / Evaluation Assistant for a 1 year term.

What do you do, you may ask....... If you look straight to our Constitution at the position duties, they include:
  1. To keep accurate records of proceedings of all meetings of the association and to arrange for next meeting and Annual meetings.
  2. To make available a copy of all minutes to the Executive within one week of the meeting.
  3. To prepare amended Articles and By-Laws for the Annual meeting.
  4. To maintain electronic storage of documents related to the Zone.
  5. To carry out duties relative to his/her office.
Basically, you would help with some of the administrative documentation from the Executive meetings along with helping out during Zone evaluations as needed.
